Biandel is an online design service provider site that has concerns for issues of Intellectual Property Rights. One of Biandel’s commitments is to provide a brief reflection for Clients and Designers relating to the intelligence of Biandel in the field of Intellectual Property Rights (specifically Copyrights and Trademarks)
DESIGN RESOLUTION SIZE
To help prevent violations of Intellectual Property Rights, including but not limited to Copyright, each design work uploaded and shown in Biandel is a design with low resolution (low-resolution). While the use of its size will be determined and pinned later on the elements of uploading the work.
DESIGNER AND COPYRIGHT
All designers who participated in the competition and delivered their work through Biandel wanted to be responsible for their work. Designers are subject to the Terms and Conditions that have been decided by Biandel as well as all applicable laws and statutory provisions in Indonesia, and are willing to bear all forms of risks that occur in the act of creating and delivering their work, and if there is evidence in the process of further investigation as the format of plagiarism, or violating Intellectual Property Rights from other parties.
Biandel has the right but not the obligation to judge whether a work violates Third Party Intellectual Property Rights. We invite each party to submit input to us through the email request @ biandel, for us to learn more.
ROLE OF ASSOCIATES AND BIBLE IN THE CASE OF COPYRIGHT RIGHTS
Biandel is not responsible and will not fall into the business of reporting violations of Intellectual Property Rights, including but not limited to Copyright and Trademark, for the authorities, not plunged into any legal process, and not having to ensure that all designs created and delivered by designers for Clients passing Biandel do not violate the other party’s Intellectual Property Rights. All costs of reporting and managing legal processes are in the hands of the reporter, and Biandel will not take part in it.
